Hospitality in BKK and Sukhumvit is a serious business. I think, because of the locational merits, guests are taken for granted. I am highly disappointed with the service quality of the hotel. The staff require some serious hospitality training and in the manner a guest is treated! Certainly, disagree with the value for money! Not worth it! I will be advising against staying here in my network and through social media!. Please be aware!

It is my 3rd visit to this hotel, the location is great near BTS Skytrain, comfortable beds, nice big rooms and nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gim area is a bit dated. Good price for what it offers.

Friendly staff, comfort bed, easy access and affordable prices, we were stay in this hotel several times still our best choice hotel in central of Bangkok, it's not far from BTS sky train station just a minute walk, we will be back again when next visit Bangkok.

The room was exceptionally superb. Very convenient location on Ashok Street. Ashok Metro, Ashok Mall, Terminal 21, the famous cowboy all nearby. Terminal 21 has an amazing food court at very reasonable price. A few minutes walk from the hotel. Indian food lovers the restaurant Dum Handi Briyani in Soi 11. Money exchange many around. Night life lovers 💕 Boo Boo Club, 4 minutes walk. Sugar club 6 minutes walk. Hilarry bar, which I would recommend. The hotel has it's own restaurant. Excellent food and service at very reasonable price. Overall, the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff Lin, Meaw and Ameen. Their hospitality to the guests was awesome. My next visit is in July and I have already booked again. Such a wonderful place and caring staff.

Stayed at the Park Plaza for 3 night early December 23. Great location close just of Sukhumvit Road and close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel was clean, team all friendly. Only downside was the shower was cold for my entire stay, reported this when I left and they seemed sorry and surprised. Didn’t spoil my stay and would book again if returning to Bangkok
