THEY STEAL $$ AND CHARGE DOUBLE DEPOSITS AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY

If I could give 0 stars off check in and management alone I would. I called the hotel several times to confirm the amount needed at check in. They mentioned a $100 deposit per stay/reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel, Ariel/Aril/Aril—a foreign Asian/hispanic looking manager stood beside Tim/Tom(black)-a new employee and stated that there was a $200 deposit due, $$100 deposit per room/reservation. I explained to him that I had 1 reservation and also told him what his staff at the hotel told me along with the hotels.com staff, when I asked for the total fees and the breakdown of the fees. They each instructed that it was only 1 $100 deposit due, per my reservation. The terrible manager then said “Expedia policies and wording is different than ours.” I asked him to print out the hotel policy and it actually matched the Expedia/hotels.com policy. When confronted about the fact that he was lying and possibly mis spoke, he tried to cancel my reservation, demanded I pay $100 deposit for EACH ROOM. I actually recorded the conversation, and he began to get flustered and tried to call security to check to see if the video was deleted. I had already sent the video where it needed to go and then I deleted it. But I will be taking further action! Because it was lovers and friends festival weekend, and I wasn’t solo, I paid the extra money but he should be FIRED because he is ripping people off and STEALING MONEY!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay there on this trip. I did visit to do some gaming. They had ALL the slots and video poker I wanted. One of the guys that I was with stayed there and couldn't have been more pleased with his experience at the Palace Station. I definitely will try and stay there on my next trip to Vegas.

I used to visit the Palace Station for the 4th July celebrations and would play in the casino before heading to the Parking Garage roof to view the fireworks. The casino was well organised with security on the garage roof to protect the crowds. Because of my play in the casino, I was invited back to stay 3 nights for free! On arrival I was directed to the VIP Host who moved me in to a smoking room at my request. The good news for non- smokers is that T the casino has a non smoking slots area specially for guests. The casino has one of my favourite video poker slots which has a cumulative jackpot for a sequential Royal flush! While I never won it, it was fun trying to! The room was top class with daily maid service! While the weather was a bit chilly, the outdoor pool looked great. The cocktail waitress service was outstanding, any time day or night. While it is off strip, the RTC provides a frequent service to the Strip where you can catch the Deuce. Eating at the Brass Fork is tasty and filling. Best deal is the Ribeye steak - medium-rare. It is a fun off-strip destination.

I loved my first room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the strip. I was in a King room. Unfortunately I had to move because some lights were not working, I was told I would be moved to a King room higher with a view of the strip. The next morning as I was preparing to move to my new room I was informed the king rooms for the view were completely sold out and they would move me to a Queen room. I felt like I was lied to. Other than that the staff was good, they were polite. I just wish that when they said they had a king room available it would be the case. I got frustrated when I went back to check if there would be any available rooms in the next couple days and they said they were out. A major bummer.

Dreadful place. Booked me into a super smelly smoking room though I did not request one. Wanted to charge me extra to switch rooms. Hassled me because my Apple Card did not have a number imprinted. Stay somewhere else this place is a tacky low rent mess
