after reading some of the reviews of this hotel i was rather worried , however i need not have been . yes its small , and the rooms are not too big , but the sheets where clean, the room was clean, the toilet and shower worked perfectly and we had two good nights sleep . the cleaner came in every day . so, basically its not the ritz but its perfectly decent place to stay .

Stayed one night here this week. Rooms are basic but comfortable but for £52 for a twin room in London it was a good deal! No meals provided but with Shepherd's Bush Market just round the corner and loads of places to eat on Uxbridge Road or in the Westfield Centre that's not a problem (check out Proud Mary's about 15 mins walk away and Falafel Point in the market). Little bit of outside noise from people walking down the stairs to the rooms and from passing underground trains but nothing excessive or problematic.

Myself and my two friends were here for two nights. We were allocated a room with three beds, which was very good. The room was a nice size, and you could hardly hear the traffic from outside. Staff were very friendly, and our room was nice and clean when we returned from our full day of staying in London. Hotel is basic, but it was clean and comfortable.

Ideal for a solo traveller staying for a night or 2. I stayed as I was watching a show at the shepards bush Apollo and it couldn't really be closer. The room was small, but decent value for the price. Really helpful staff with an easy checking in and out system.

Cons: - The hotel and rooms are small - The interior and furniture are quite worn out - The bed linen was soiled. The bathroom was also dirty - There is no lift in the hotel. Meanwhile, the staircase is narrow. The hotel is definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. We had to lift our luggage up the stairs manually Pros: - Great location. Huge Westfield shopping centre a couple of minutes walk away, as well as the tube station. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby - Good value for money - Beautiful view from the window - Polite staff who helped lift suitcases to our floor Overall, it is a good hotel for its price and is perfect for a short stay. However, the interior and furniture definitely need to be freshened up
