Well the room we got was good however the bathrooms are very small and congested more ever they were not clean the cupboard under the wash basin was broken and was was temporary fixed with a piece of cardboard. the property is highly understaffed, most of the people in restaurant where shouting because there was no one to take order. and to our surprise the available waiter said most of the staff is on leave. 1. good outside view from bedroom 2. ok ok food 3. Good staff,Mr nagaraj, humble and hardworking, poor guy, 4. bad bad bathroom, yuck, small and congested, unhygienic. 5. highly understaffed. i had to go to the restaurant kitchen and remind them that my family was waiting for food. 6. in the morning they cancelled tea and coffee, reason - no one is available to prepare. you still wanna go???

Stayed here last week and the ONLY plus about this place is the location. Everything in Hotel was slow at its best. Those who are travelling with the kids just be careful with the broken glass edges on the dining table in their restaurant. I have never seen such careless attitude anywhere else. Pretty bad attitude.

very good/clean location/view, its for people who dont want to stay in crowded ooty or coonoor centers. if you are staying here you need to have ur own transport, the hotel is right on the main road hence accessible, but not crowded. late evening, early morning walk near hotel is a bliss as the place is not crowded. view from hotel room is great. cons: right most corner room has no ventilation, the manager was nice to change our room, hope they have fixed the ventilation issue of that room. food is good, kitchen is little mismanaged, but no complaints here.

The hotel is situated on the Kotagiri- Connor road, few KM from Kotagiri town. The place is ideal for unwinding, chill out with hot tea and local snacks, to view the breathtaking nature from the dining hall. Though it’s situated at beautiful place, the lid back attitude of the staff is not expected to such a nice place constantly visited by lot of tourists. The hotel management need to improve the cleanliness, staff efficiency and overall befitting to its name and the surrounding nature.

Some suggestions: 1. Tea should be served with sugar separate 2. Can you knock down / break the single step in your restaurant toilets? It makes an otherwise beautiful restaurant inaccessible for senior citizens and people with disability. 3. Lovely ambience of restaurant, good service
