Firstly this resort experience is going to be always beautiful and unexpected. We have done a corporate event and the Rooms + Banquet+ Services are all quick . We really have got a very good support from the Staff of Front Office + Banquet Team + Restaurant Team . Would like to give Special thanks to Mr Ravindra Nayak , Mr Mohammed Asif and Their Respective team . We would Surely do more Events with the Resort again and recommend others as well for the Same . We had booked villas for 22 of us for a weekend. We had a business meeting too. The stay was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The GM, Mr. Asif is extremely kind and went out of his way to help us retrieve lost binoculars from a souvenir shop. The staff is very young but extremely courteous and always ready to help.

Rude staff lack professionalism. I think they need a professional Manager who is guest-friendly. Guest support is the missing element. The rooms are older and need maintenance. If they hire professional staff, they can do better and improve their rating against competitors.

Cons 1. Terrible hospitality - we were denied hi-ti despite being on time. They took the food away from us 2. Room - service is not great and always late. Even maggi was not available 3. We were earlier told of music and dance. But cancelled without notice due to a conference. No alternate provision for our entertainment. 4. Food is not very great 5. We checked in late at night. Told to make entire payment before getting the room at almost 3 am Pro - nothing

The staff tried to scam us! The service was very poor and the staff was rude! We have to face problems during check in and the rooms We got were not upto the mark. I'll not recommend anyone to stay with them, save your money!
