It’s like I’m reading about completely different hotel. Location is good, hotel looks ok. But also this is the worst 4 star hotel I’ve been to. 9 out of 10 employes are not saying hello, good bye, or anything. Breakfast is medium quality. Food is dried from how long its staying outside, they are very slow with restocking food or glasses or anything. They don’t clean tables after somebody leaves. Outside tables are never cleaned. Once our coffee cups stayed there for 2 days. Housekeeping not very detailed. One day, I left room at 10, came back at 14h and they still didnt get to my room even though i left the sign to clean it. Dust everywhere.

Spacious hotel with good amenities. Clean rooms and good service. Good food and great location. Zero soundproofing means you can hear noise from other rooms- literally word for word conversations, toilets and showering / waste water drainage. Sleeping was an issue as a result, which is a shame, as we will not be returning or recommending for business or leisure. Please soundproof rooms, the cost is worth the investment in the long term !

I stayed here for 3 nights, not bad value at 110 euro a night. Starting with a negative the breakfast experience was manic, there was 2 coach loads of people all trying to have breakfast at the same time, the food kept running out even though the staff were trying their hardest. Not much better the second day there was only 1 coach load. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, the walls are a bit thin you can hear everything from the next room and corridors. Staff were very friendly, 4 euros for a beer not bad, free nuts and crisps were offered each time. Would I stay here again? Yes 👍

Very clean and comfortable Hotel Room needs vacuuming as happened to look under bed for something Very good location with large shopping mall nearby No swimming pool on site Very good Restaurant Front Desk Staff very welcoming and helpful

We booked a night here pre flying out. It’s a bit of a soulless place, to be honest. The beds are ok at best and the breakfast we tried was pretty tasteless. So why the four stars? It’s the guys who manned the reception that swung it. They were just fab - I remember one was called Bruno and another Tiago with a third guy who wore glasses. Truly personable, professional and super friendly. They sorted out a car parking issue and where to eat seamlessly and with a smile. These three guys are well suited to any 5 star.
