A good hotel to stay. Having a mini kitchen inside the room is very neet and arranged. A hotel in the middle of city with a calm and quiet neighbourhood. A right choice for families. Simply a budget hotel.

This was our first hotel on our first trip to India. We were not sure what to expect from a budget hotel chain, so waited to the end of the trip to review this hotel so I could compare. The hotel had very good reviews on booking.com and looked quite nice from the pictures. It it in good location for Kormangala and all the food and drink options in the neighbourhood. Looking back, and comparing with similar budget hotels we stayed at, this one was the hotel which we were most disappointed in. The room was tiny, and we are not big people needing a big room. But we had to keep one our bags in the bathroom as there was more space there. The room was dingy with stains on the walls and had one window which opened onto a dark alleyway. So it had a bit of a depressing feel to it. The cleanliness was not up to a good standard- it looked like nobody had swept under the bed for many weeks, there was a thick layer of dust and bottle caps and litter underneath. The bathroom was a bit cleaner, but still some smears on the sink which could have been easily cleaned up before a guest arrived. Plates from room service were left a long time in the corridors before being collected, which also added to the slightly dirty feel. To be fair to the staff, they were polite and did show us the room before we paid. But we had nothing to compare it with at this stage of our trip, so wasn't sure if this was a normal hotel standard. The staff did help with some advice and directions, and were obliging when we needed things so we don't have anything negative to say about them. It is just the cleanliness and atmosphere which could have been improved vastly with some more care and attention to detail.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Room service is great. This hotel is accessible to many food places and shoppings(clothings, shoe, mobile accessories...you name it!). This hotel accepts credit cards. · The breakfast options can be improved. Just bemindful as they served expired sauces. Mineral water bottles were charged and it was not free. I got 6 bottles and paid 71rupees. Towels need to be asked for.

A very good place to stay. The service they provide is good for the price. Everything is accessible from the hotel location. The only downside is you’ve to get out to get mobile network. Everything else was perfect enough.

Octave studio hotel at Koramangala is a steal for its location. But with disappointments- Very Very Noisy. If there are guests in other rooms you cannot manage a decent sleep without ear plugs. I had booked for a room with kitchenette but they didnt have anything that would fit in the kitchen. No cutleries no pots pans. Finally when i asked they kept a microwave where the cable would not reach the plug point. I asked for a knife and microwavable dish they said they cant provide. So whats the point in booking this room with extra cost. Normal rooms were about 4000Rs cheaper. Unfriendly staff.
