Been here many times and again the service was excellent, clean rooms, cleaning service was amazing and all employees are friendly. Breakfast has a good selection of food. 24/7 front desk, never had to wait. For sure a great choice for business or private stays.

The Hotel looks very fancy, it’s totally clean, the rooms are perfect and staff is very friendly. Also it‘s just 2 minutes away from a metro station, going directly downtown in 10-20 minutes. Would definitely come again!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful The room was clean and comfortable with a double shower. The breakfast was one of the better ones that we had in Milano - only 12 Euro with a good variety and excellent bread and coffee in particular. The location is OK, about 5 Metro stops from the central train station. There is an excellent restaurant on the same street, a bit after the hotel.

The front staff is nice and attentive. The breakfast was also great. However, we had a couple of problems at this hotel. Air conditioning is a joke! When we came back to our room at 10 PM it was very hot and muggy, and the air conditioning was not working. I set the air conditioning thermostat to the desired temperature and waited but nothing happens. Then inquired with the front desk, who told me that they actually set the temperatures for the rooms (strange, why do they have a Thermostate in the room?) I asked them to lower the temperature, and they told me to wait a little. I waited, and after 20 minutes nothing happened. I called back and was informed to wait a little longer. I waited a little longer and again nothing happened. About an hour later around midnight I called the front desk again and ask them for a different room. They gave us a different room, but it was the same problem with the air conditioning. Thankfully the room was a little cooler, though, despite not being our desired temperature it was late enough sleep. The second problem is that this hotel does not have any carpets. This means that the doors of the rooms slam loudly and it’s echoing across the halls. Lastly, there is no way to lock the door from the inside, which is a standard feature in the hotels I usually stay in.
