My husband and I are just finishing our stay at the NH Collection Porta Rosa, and it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we stepped into the NH Collection Porta Rosa, we were greeted by the doorman with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. The receptionist and Nadine Ezzat, Guest Relations, were not just friendly, but their professionalism and dedication to service made us feel truly at home. Nadine, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and the entire stay were seamless, provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and businesses, and made all necessary reservations. The room is spacious, with high ceilings and lots of light, elegantly decorated, and equipped with a very comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities, which truly enhanced our stay. The beds are made daily, and the sheets and towels are particularly clean. The laundry did a great job, too—all our clothes were returned the same day in perfect condition. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there was something to satisfy every palate. They also serve lunch and dinner. One of the most exciting aspects of NH Collection Porta Rosa is its prime central location. It is not just conveniently situated, but it's a gateway to the city's vibrant attractions, bustling shops, and diverse restaurants. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which added a sense of adventure and excitement to our stay. Overall, the superb service, starting from the doorman and including every professional and welcoming employee, the comfortable accommodations, and the prime location made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend NH Collection Porta Rosa to anyone visiting the area. My husband and I will be returning on our next trip! Many thanks to everyone at this beautiful hotel. Fabulous hotel ! Great bed & pillows . Staff very friendly, professional & kind . Breakfast was unbelievable ... the staff at breakfast wonder... Bernadette & Chiara & the a gentleman man on Monday & Tuesday Am . Great location . Clean rooms Costco did great choosing for us !

We stayed at hotel for three nights and we had a very good experience with staff in the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and served in old style restaurant. We had a suite in the top of the hotel with view to the Porta Rossa street, sometimes street walkers were noisy at night but windows had a wooden cover and it reduced noise and light. Our stay there was good except bad weather in the start

The Hotel staff were very welcoming. Our room was very comfortable. Location is excellent for all of our activities. Breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed and just as delicious. Would defiantly stay here again.
