The reception staff was friendly. I got a late check-in, however, the male receptionist in the evening shift and the woman in the night were amazing. Thanks to guest relations team, I received a VIP welcome amenity and a local gift upon arrival in the room. The room was super clean and neat. I think, It’s people who make this hotel work out in the best way. Thank you💐

Large , bright and airy room. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast buffet with all tastes and dietary requirements catered for. Friendly staff. Close to transport. Would definitely recommend. I especially liked the hotel’s environmental commitments.

So I get why some people have said it's not in Alexanderplatz, it is not far away at all though, the tram line is 50 metres from the hotel and its only 3 stops to Alexanderplatz so this was not an issue to us at all. The hotel reception area was very modern and clean, check in was efficient and quick. We had a twin room, it was a great size. It was great to have USB charger points scattered around the room. The beds were very comfortable. There was a desk to work from as well which was great. They also have fridges in the room which was great to store the much needed beers in after a long day sightseeing. The bathrooms are modern with everything you need including shampoo and bodywash etc. All in all the rooms are fantastic and worth the price. There is a small shop area which sells drinks and snacks downstairs in the reception hall but it is pricey compared to the shop along the street towards the tram stop. The bar was great, reasonable prices and good service.

Overall this is a very nice hotel in a good location. Generally the staff are very polite and professional. The room was very warm during the night due to our air conditioning not functioning. We brought this to the attention of reception staff on a daily basis and on each occasion we were informed that this would be brought to the attention of their technical staff for appropriate action. It was never repaired. On checking out we once again informed yet another member of staff at reception. She apologised and assured us that this would be resolved in time for the arrival of the next guest. Good luck to the next occupant of room 234. Also on leaving the hotel on the morning of our penultimate day we reported to reception that we had run out of hand soap and shower gel. On our return later that evening neither had been delivered to our room. We again reported this to reception and a member of restaurant staff was sent up with shower gel but shampoo instead of handwash. We could not replace these into the respective brackets due to not having the appropriate tool for doing so. Despite these relatively minor misgivings, I would however recommend.

Excellent location, within a few 100 metres of the trams. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were warm clean and very comfortable .amenities in the hotel were excellent. Mini shop to get late night snacks and any forgotten items needed for the trip was a great idea.
