Very comfortable , excellent service, aesthetically designed interiors in Kashmiri style , tasty home cooked meals , gorgeous view , hygienic . The Royal Heritage room we stayed was classy . The mornings are sublime having a gorgeous view of the NIGEEN lake . This lake is not crowded and gives you the feel of a blissful holiday . To me the Dal lake is much too crowded during the season . The owner Mr Maqsood is very humane and helpful .He has a genuine collection of paschminas and wool stoles , shawls etc . It is a treat to see.
