Garbage thrown just outside the hotel

Dirty surroundings, A horrible place to stay in. They don't care about cleanliness. How a hotel can have garbage strewn beats me. This hotel should be asked to clean up its act. Not only does it not care about its surroundings, it ruins the living conditions for buildings nearby too. The people who run this place need to be taught civic sense. Garbage Residency is what this hotel should be called.
