We loved the upgrade that was provided to us, so spacious and comfortable. Our room was not available so we went to the restaurant/ bar. We were so impressed with one of your new bartenders Stephen. His hospitality was outstanding and reminded my husband of the bartenders in the 5 star restaurants in Vegas(he is a keeper). A couple of opportunities for improvement, the room was out of lotion, the carpet was torn at the entrance of our room and we had a hard time getting out of the parking garage. I am a Hilton Honors program member. My wife and I arrived Friday, 5/2, around 2:00 PM for the purpose of attending a family wedding in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood at 4:30 PM. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready; we were allowed to initiate our room check-in process up to, but not receipt; of our room keys; allowed to check our belongings with the concierge and told we would be notified when our room was ready. 3:30 PM arrived; we had yet to be notified our room was ready. We returned to press the reception desk if our room was ready (it was not); I offered to accept another equivalent room which was ready - luckily “one had just become available”. We raced to our room (1814) to find it prepared - and to find the toilet not flushed (thankfully, urine only). We also found our room quite warm (76 F) . As we left I lowered the room AC temperature set point to the lowest possible (66 F). We returned around 10:00 PM to find NO change to the temperature in our room. Understand, arriving to our hotel accommodations after a family wedding, we just wanted to head to bed. Agree with a previous reviewer - $57 to park is an absolute ripoff (regardless of their “offset compensation” - NOT even enough IMHO.. Yup - this is my lone opportunity to “even the score” with what we endured. Small complaints - you decide. I’d advise others who have plans to stay in downtown Seattle to seek other options until there are demonstrated improvements by this owner / operator. I hope the greater Hilton corporation also reads these reviews and comes down on whoever owns / runs this entity. Regards to all who read and adhere to my comments.

Kudos to "Masai" at the front desk of Hilton Motif for his empathy, professionalism, and kindness after I had just lost my wallet and phone on the light rail on the way to the hotel in downtown Seattle from SeaTac airport. He was so kind and understanding of my circumstances. "Masai" reassured me that I wouldn't lose my room reservation that I had made through a third party (Hotels.com) and that I would have a place to stay. I simply can't thank him enough at a time when I was so vulnerable without ID, a credit card, or my iPhone. I wanted to cry, but his reassurance and care at that moment meant a lot to me. There truly are some "good people" left in this world and "Masai" is definitely one of them. He checked me in with the help of a dear friend who put the room on her card. Unbelieveably, Puget Sound Transit Security at the Westlake Station recovered my bag still containing my wallet with my ID, debit cards, credit cards, and cash along with my iPhone within 4 hours of my checking in! My faith in humanity was renewed at a time when I thought I had lost everything. I'll never forget their acts of kindness and care. "Masai" didn't even ask me if I was a Hilton Honors Member (which I am)--another believe it or not for customer service above and beyond.

This hotel is overpriced for what it is, most things were broken and our room was still dirty and not completely clean when we checked in and they also have a bunch of other fees they dont mention until you get there. And the room pictures I was shown of what my room looked like vs what it actually looked like were completely different when it came to the bathroom. I was expecting this nice bathroom shower and that's not what we got.

I was in town for a few days for a work offsite. I had an okay stay at the Hilton Motif. The location was convenient to my offsite and to light rail, and the staff were professional and friendly. However, the walls were super thin and I could hear the guy next door talking on the phone and laughing watching the TV for hours. I slept with earplugs. Also I know "resort fees" are common these days, but I still find them annoying. I was gone from morning until night due to my work offsite and had no opportunity to use any of the drink vouchers or restaurant credit.
