clean every time, police, fights poor reception people, book online for best rates and they want week rentals. Not recommended. Plenty of other places that are safer. Hot water and you have to bring a lot of your own things to be comfortable there.

This place looks terrible! We arrived and a police officer pulled in immediately after us and dealt with some dispute between neighbors, and we walked our dog with our kids mind you, and found a bag of heroin in the parking lot. When we emailed to say we did not feel safe staying there with our children they said nope sorry we are charging you anyway, per cancellation policy. Stay away from this place!!!

5 months after my terrible stay at the albany airport motel 6 management has responded and they tell me they have high standards and will give my review the attention it deserves. lol. I can still see the smug look on the desk clerks desk when she told me" well,it says they offered you a room upstairs and you declined so .....and shrugged her shoulders. yes they offered a disabled couple an up the stairs aint gonna happen room. non smoking as well. they baited us with a room that was broken,took our money and laughed .

rented room 138 july 2022 with broken air and told them immediately.they kept promising repair was on way. then shift changed 8 hours later and pm scumbag in charge said its not going to b fixed and offered a worse room and laughed in my face when i asked for a refund. im told the room 138 air still has not been fixed. it was rented to me as a smoking room even though it is clearly labled no smoking.so if you want a non smoking room here at the motel 6 albany airport the only one who hasnt smoked in the room is you. lol. big joke huh? yes. on you. broken locks on room 138. filthy dirty walls,door, really everything.
