We stayed for 4 nights on our first stop in Taiwan. Our room was cute but small for 3 people (maybe even cramped for some), but it does have all the essentials: TV with lots of channels, electric kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, in-room slippers, fluffy clean towels, and toiletries. The front office area has water dispensers (with hot water too), so we were able to fill our water bottles every morning before heading out. Great location (2 blocks behind Caesar Park Taipei hotel, Z2/M6 exit) , great customer service (especially Patrick - we miss him already, lol), and relatively clean room with daily housekeeping. Oh, and free use of their washer and dryer (but drying took a long time, closer to 2 hours); I believe they only have 2 washers and 2 dryers. We did our laundry one night after being out all day, and Patrick at the front desk was very kind to help us start the load and even stayed past his shift change (11pm) to make sure our clothes were dried. He answered all our many questions about things to do in Taipei with sincerity, and never appeared annoyed or impatient. Lots of shops and eateries around the area. Hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from Taipei Main Station, and behind a shopping mall. Hotel check-in is on the 5th floor (top floor), but rooms are on 2nd through 5th floors. For the price and value, I do recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Convenient location, very close to Taipei Main station and nearby eateries/restaurants. Room amenities were as expected given the reasonable prices. Daily housekeeping and complimentary tea provided. Efficient and helpful staff at the reception.

I love the location of this hotel! 5 minutes or less walking distance to the metro station-MRT. The food selection as soon as you are out of the hotel is endless. Very clean, very nice staff, comfy bed, nice TV with English channels, a small fridge, kettle , available umbrellas, tours, etc. YenYen, Jenny and Anna were very helpful. They went above and beyond to make my experience here very comfortable. They set up a nice day tour for me and even offered to do my laundry so I could go out and explore the city. I'd definitely stay here again!

Centrally located, yet quiet. Attentive staff, yet private. Easy to locate, surrounded by shops, eateries, and stores while still feeling very safe. The rooms are adorable (ours was a butterfly room on the European-themed floor) and give a unique touch to this hotel. Our room had bunk bed, so there wasn’t much room for us to hang out in the room. But that’s not a problem when you are out exploring all day! We could literally rest easy knowing we had a safe place to lay our heads at night. Next time I visit Taipei, I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean, superb wifi, superb location, superb stuff (thanks Bear and Faith). Free washing (staff helped, looked over it, dried and folded it so we could do sightseeing), very good price, easy check in and out. All in all just awesome stay!
