The hotels location is great and most places are within walking distance. We paid for a superior room however I wouldn't like to have seen the standard room. The facilities in the room were basic and the fixtures and fittings were dated and worn out. The whole hotel is in need of a bit of TLC. The breakfast was poor, a very small selection of generic breakfast food. Overall hotel was OK for a couple of nights but I won't be returning.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a superior room. The reception staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, but chaotic and on our last day there was no cutlery/ bowls/ tea bags etc and the breakfast staff are a tad surly. They seem overwhelmed. The hotel is quiet, clean and well located, with a big comfortable bed. The pillows are rubbish though - flat as a fluke!! Despite a few issues would recommend.

Hostess was really nice and professional, rooms are clean and warm , bathrooms come with basic amenities . So is the breakfast is modest, but more than enough. Will come back and upgrade room. Close to the city shopping centre but also on a quiet Street.

Excellent helpful reception staff (especially Matthew). Good location, in a quiet area about a ten minute walk from Old Town Square. Fairly small bedroom with big bed (but not enough pillows). Lovely bathroom with bath and shower & White Stuff toiletries. Decent buffet breakfast. The room was too hot and aircon didn’t work but as we weren’t in there long we didn’t complain.

We were welcomed with an extremely helpful receptionist, who recommended the best places to go in the area. The hotel is in great location (in walking distance to all main attractions). The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was spacious and perfect for a couple, however the lack of pillows were quite flat. The only other thing we would say is the breakfast options were fairly limited.
