Thin wood walls, no pool and no spa, far from the city

No pool, no spa as announced, on oficial website and on all partners sites, then in small letters they say it is on maintenance, as far as I know for more than 2 years, I tried to cancel but could not get the money back so we went anyway. thin wood walls on the room, very small third bed. Very far from the center of the city.

Fair but maybe choose a hotel closer to sights

Room was fair but you must request an updated room without carpet. Otherwise pretty musty. Air conditioning did not work in all the rooms and the pool was closed. Breakfast was good and filling. Not close to any sights - in a residential area. Must take a cab which they can help with coordinating. We did not use their shuttle service. Some desk clerks were nicer than others. Some were pretty prickly and seemed bothered with the customers.

Disappointed

The hotel was a big disappointment. We came from the airport at night, I had made sure in advance that check in is possible at night. the reception clerk was really rude, and we had to wait more than half an hour. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The hotel was supposed to have a spa, but it was closed. I had hoped for a room with a bathtub, but even that was not implemented.

I came to this hotel several times because of my business. On my last visit I was disappointed by the room service:the food I ordered didn't correspond to what I received in my room. When I called back to the room service number to complain they just said that, on their menu, that food was not available. It was not canceled in the room menu, so practically their menu and my menu mismatched. It would have been kind to advice me before I ordered, and not to take me another different plate. On top of this the room service has a surcharge of 10 euros that is not written anywhere in the menu, you just discover it later. However apart from this misunderstanding, the hotel rooms are nice and my stay was comfortable.

Low cost, average hotel, far from central Rome

First of all we checked in at midnight and waited over an hour for the guy at reception to finish with ONE customer. The hotel room was old but reasonable for €70 a night; although the SAFE didn’t work and some double beds are two single beds put together. The hotel overall is clean but it’s in a pretty rough area with hardly anything open after 9pm. Now if the reason you are staying is for access to Rome then be prepared for a 25mins bus ride to a very grotty Metro station and then another 25 odd minutes to Termini - which is the centre of Rome. Uber doesn’t take orders from area, and quite frankly isn’t very good on Italy. BREAKFAST: there isn’t an eggs bar or anything that is cooked fresh in front of you for but there is a reasonable hot food selection and juices with fruit. I’d give it a 4/10 for breakfast. There aren’t irons in the room but you can iron clothes on the ground floor “ironing room”. The WORST part of the hotel was that the swimming pool, Spa and gym is not accessible for months due to renovations which given that it is so far from civilization leaves nothing to do at the hotel apart from walking the pretty dodgy surrounding streets. PS: parking is free but in a dark and small underground space with no valet.
