Mekosha Spa Suites impresses with a wonderful staff, providing attentive service. The retreat creates a familiar atmosphere with both guests and staff, offering a great human experience. Ones feel immediately at home there. While the rooms are generally good and very comfortable, slight improvements could enhance the overall guest experience. I highly recommend the place for those seeking an Ayurvedic retreat with personalised service and attention.

After spending a week of bliss and serenity i felt i must pen down my wonderful experience at Mekoshsa. From the moment I arrived i was welcomed like a member of a family and soon settled into the slow pace of life and leisurely routine which we all need in our lives . Each member of staff was so caring and friendly and couldn’t do enough . The food was fresh and fulfilling and lovingly prepared. The morning walks followed by fresh juices then a healthy breakfast set us up for our wonderful treatments carried out professionally. Many thanks Mekosha my seven days is being remembered very fondly and i hope to return one day .

A top notch ensemble really makes Mekosha a great experience. From the front of house, to the medical/therapists team, the yoga instructor, the kitchen team, the housekeeping team, and the maintenance/groundskeeping team, are all best in class and carry on in such a graceful way that everything comes together seamlessly. All of this on an excellently located and well-designed property, that gives you as much privacy as you need, while fostering community around shared meals (a plus for solo-travelers, like myself, who want to meet fellow travelers along the way). I will forever be grateful to Mekosha for hitting the mark on all I was looking for in my first time to an Ayurvedic Retreat, and I am already planning on my return trip. Thank you to the Mekosha team for making this an amazing 10-day respite from the chaos of the day-to-day, and for being an integral part of my post-surgical recovery process.

I went to Mekosha with my daughter for 8 days. We were very well looked after. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The therapists are well trained and very proficient at the many treatments we had. The food is amazing, lots of it and very tasty. The retreat also arranged taxis for us so we could go out and see the sites of Kerala. We both really enjoyed our stay and will go back.
