It was a excellent experience in mayfair gangtok. The ambience and food is very good.There is a lot to explore in the property itself and all the staffs are very helpful especially ishwari greeted us at the time of arrival and took care at the time of stay and kakoli is also very sweet.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed, very peaceful, great staff especially Iswari and Krishna, fantastic atmosphere...must stay here if you are in Gangtok, my kids loved this place especially, it was our best stay experience in past few years

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Amazing casino experience and Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with stay specially Iswari taking good care and providing all the requirement , great experience of hospitality .

The resort is very beautiful with greenary all over inside the premises. Food was hygienic and tasty as well. The room was nicely designed for a comfortable stay. Umbrella was provided at various points to use while raining. Also swimming pool was well maintained and hygienic to use. Last but not the least both individual miss Iswari and Kakoli were very cooperative during the entire stay.
