We had a pleasant 3 nights here . The hotel Is sprawling with large grounds and good landscaping . Would firstly like to thank Mr Chandan Thakur ( Asst VP Opérations) who went out of his way . Firstly upgraded our room and was always there for all guests . The Front desk - Subhamoy Giri especially was extremely helpful , courteous and friendly as well as Suthrith . F and B - especially Nimchiki , Sheetal and Renuka - always available for any queries . Nimchiki took care of us as did the others - helpful , friendly and courteous. Pritam as well Is polite from the Spa. Definitely recommend this hotel . The only downside was the noise factor - due to inconsiderate guests and our room was close to the restaurant area . The gym could be upgraded a bit but other than this everything was good . Would recommend the Travel Desk attached to Mayfair for any tours / transfers rather than any outside agency .

Mayfair resort is an excellent property located on the outskirts of Gangtok. The entire staff was very supportive and took care of us really well. It is a colourful property , one can click as many as photos here as the property is so aesthetic and beautiful, also nicely decorated. The breakfast spread was very good, we enjoyed each and every moment stayed in this property. Ms Rashi and Mr Sutirtha hosted us really well. We will recommend this property to all our near and dear ones.

1. Brilliant Food 2. Great Service - Specific mention of Ms Sheetal and Adarsh for the service in the F & B area. They have been super sweet and reliable in everything we asked them. 3. The overall experience in the property in very aspect has been wonderful. Worth a stay with family.
