Felt welcome from check in to check out. Staff can't do enough to help even if there English is not great (it is in Thailand afterall) but, they make up for that with quiet confidence and efficiency. Clean and well maintained spacious rooms with incredibly comfortable beds. Breakfast is more than adequate with a mix of Thai and Western choices. Dining room staff are pleasant and efficient (especially Mr Aung Aung). The breakfast dining area on level two is spotless. A tuk tuk is available to get you down to the main road and there's a 7/11 about 200 metres away which is really handy. The cafe in the lobby serves a fairly good variety of hot or iced coffee/tea along with smoothies and fruit juices (all served with a smile). Not a lot of Western guests and they're missing out by not giving this hotel a try. Great rates and nice atmosphere. It's not 100% wheelchair accessible but, if you have restricted mobility as I do, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find how easy this place is to get around (especially given the positive, helpful and inclusive attitude of all the staff). Additionally, they'll arrange for reasonably priced and tasty meals to be delivered promptly (to your room if required). I had no complaints with the service, food or cleanliness during my four night stay at Maverick Ratchada Hotel and in fact thoroughly enjoyed it. Very, very likely to stay here again for a few nights next year. It's quite easy to find using google maps. Overall, I was very impressed.

Stayed 4 nights 2 would have been enough as there is nothing around though they offer a free tuk tuk to the main road. MacDonalds next to this a Cafe with great salmon bagels and coffee. There is a Asian restaurant with stairs found the lift at the back to late to try this restaurant. Beds and pillow OK a kettle with tea,coffee and creamer though the fridge is a midget one it would not cool down drinks. Air-con cool and quiet a Safe in the room. Buffett breakfast mainly Asian, toast with jams and very hot tea and urn for coffee. Air-con and coffee shop in the foyer and air-con in the lifts. Very modern hotel

The room is very nice and beautiful.the buffet is delicious .all staff is very friendly and helpful .I love to stay here .There have coffee shop .you can drink coffee in lobbly .It's chill and relax !!!

A notre arrivée, quelle surprise de voir les préposés à la réception enfermés dans une cage comme à la banque et personne n'y sort pour nous aider avec les bagages. Un dépôt de 500 Bats est demandé pour la KEYCARD. Un accueil froid,aucun intérêt et aucun renseignement prodigués. La chambre est grande, le lit est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien ainsi que le WI-FI. Il s'y dégage une odeur d'égout des drains de la salle de bain et nous croyons que la salle de bain n'a jamais été nettoyé pendant notre séjour d'une semaine. Chaque demande est accompagnée de frais excessif qui démontre le côté mercantile et cheap de cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre, café instantané sans lait. Pas de céréales ou yogourt. Des oeufs froid déjà cuits, du pain tranché, confitures, salade et du riz froid. Les fruits servis se limite à du melon d'eau seulement. Le personnel ne s'occupe pas des clients et ne fait pas grand chose à part regarder leur cellulaire. Pour terminer, le personnel est incompétent et grandement de supervision et de formation du service à la clientèle. Un hôtel que nous ne retournerons pas et que nous ne conseillons pas.

Un séjour agréable Un accueil chaleureux et un personnel au petit soin et arrangeant. Check-in plus tôt que prévu, machine à laver à disposition, on peut vite se sentir comme à la maison. Une chambre confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable ! Merci 😊
