I had stayed with my two sons from 03 May to 5 May 2024. Very very slow check in with price negotiation for extra bed inc breakfast though it was already fixed on phone for Rs 1000/- per night BUT staff at reception was demanding 1500/- per night and was insisting to pay then only which was refused by us We had opted for superior room Room service have been very slow throughout Formality filling breakfast they serve Like a single star hotel Paid dinner was good Paan Ice cream was very tasty Check out was again horrible with the lady staff sitting at front desk Everyone was complaining for breakfast food Also for late check out we heard lady saying to guest that 500/- for half an hour Shocking They lack hospitality definitely

Beautiful hotel with great customer service. Visited with family and friends. Really clean hotel and service was really good. We had dinner there and food was great.Breakfast needs improvement but overall well done. Definitely we will be back

Our Stay in Mastiff was a complete different experience. As we were on our way to Manali from Jammu so had to take a halt in Palampur. But we loved the place so much that while coming back also we stayed in there. The Rooms were excellent, Service Excellent, and the Restaurant and the Food, everything is just perfect about the place :) Will look forward to visit soon :)

Beautiful rooms and view. Excellent staff. At this price point team is doing excellent job. Food tastes great, but they must play around with the breakfast buffet menu a bit every day, it gets repetitive. Only recommended for people who are travelling in there own vehicle as it's slightly outside palampur yet not so far. We extended our stay. Camellia rooms overlooking mountains are highly recommended. Large, spacious and specially the corner one has dual view of tea gardens and mountain. Staff is doing excellent job.

Great experience of staying at villa camellia n very helpful staff!! The staff is always welcoming and its a great view from the property of the Dhauladhar ranges. It feels homely to stay here and the food is also good. Specially thanks Mr.Raman Kumar
