We had an amazing experience in the Mascot Houseboat. Such a regal feeling and the food is the best we ate in our Kashmir trip. We would highly recommend this houseboat stay. It’s definitely a must!

The Mascot Houseboat on Lake Nageen was a very restful and peaceful experience. It was lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The houseboat is beautifully furnished and the staff are very attentive and polite. Sitting on the deck in the early morning and watching the mountains and the lake in the quiet time of day is like medidating. It is a must visit for anyone going to Srinagar.

The stay at Mascot Houseboats was a fascinating experience. The way the entire stay was facilitated by the crew Shri Manzoor and Shri Umar led by the affable Shri Imtiyaz was an enriching experience that has left an indelible mark on the minds of my entire family. Leaving aside a little aberration, the delicacies prepared seem to have an excellent local flavor, providing a unique experience to the taste buds. The property is very conveniently located in the serene Nigeen Lake and has all the necessities available. Though the speed of WiFi remains dicey in the rooms, I reckon it to be more to ensure a calm and peaceful stay away from the hustles of our lives which roams around constant checking of emails and social media accounts. The lengthy and hearty conversations with Shri Imtiyaz helped in understanding the landscape of the area, interspersed with the existing challenges and probable solutions in sustaining the business over years to come. The importance of preserving our natural resources like Nigeen Lake goes a long way in ensuring the small and big enterprises around the lake sustain their businesses for a long time to come. Our entire family appreciates the entire team for the moments spent together and wish for the flourishing business over the years and generations to come. May the Almighty bless them with all the happiness they deserve.

The Houseboat is very tastefully decorated! Emperor Suite was very beautiful! Our stay on the whole was a great experience. The meals were outstanding! Just the wifi and TV was not working. The service staff attended to us very well. The manager Imtiyaz all the time asking if we need anything! If u want to enjoy houseboat experience in Srinagar it has to be Mascot Houseboat for sure!

Living in Mascot houseboat was an amazing experience. We did 3nights there unlike people's suggestion to do just 1night in the houseboat and it was an addictive feeling ....we all loved it so so much. It was like a palatial abode floating on the most spectacular part of Srinagar with an amazing staff who did everything to make us feel extra special.
