Very comfortable. Stylish rooms. Great location. Service was.... mixed... first night shower overflowed due to poor drainage. Day 2 water was shut off all say. Day 3 no hot water. Day 4 construction on next door room so lots of noise. All of which would have been annoying but they didn't even offer some compensation or an apology. A normal hotel would offer a meal voucher or SOMETHING. But overall a good experience.

Enjoyed the stay very much! The room on the top floor was lovely and the location is so right at the city center and close to everything. It’s just a short ride on the scooter to the old town. The staff were very friendly as well. We didn’t try the gym or the restaurant though.

We stayed here last year for two weeks and September 2023 for 10 nights (on 3 separate stays this time with travel in between). So we got to try quite a few rooms. We love it here. The staff is great, the rooms are huge, some have 1.5 bathrooms (great having two toilets) and the location is perfect. This is where we will stay every time.

Nice hotel, near everything. Rooms Are clean and comfortable. Air condition is working. Only minus For soundproofing. Tuo cam hear The nouse Grom The street on The evening Ang Mornings. Luckily The neiborhough was silence between 11pm and 7 am

The rooms are beautiful. We had one with a full kitchen. The china and glassware were all lovely! Service is excellent. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location. I would make one small suggestion that the hotel offers more breakfast options for tourists! Thanks for a great stay!
