It’s not majestic and the term roof garden is misleading. Arrived late 21:30 (flight delayed) and reception said no food or drink at hotel except mini bar. It was a Tuesday and not a lot open at the hotel except on Thursday-Saturday. Eventually directed to another hotel nearby. All a bit bizarre as there seemed to be a night menu in the room?? Anyway pretty comfortable room. Breakfast included but we were given a different (smaller) menu to choose from. How strange? Our friends (separate booking) were given a menu with more choices! However we could pay a supplement of a few bucks to get a greater choice. There is no rooftop bar and not sure if there is a bar at all in the hotel so all a bit misleading. I’d give it 6/10 overall.

Way below expectations for a 4 star hotel

Whilst the rooms were nice and the facilities met reasonable expectations. I feel that it is an overshoot for this hotel to be a 4-star hotel. The bed that was in the room was large, but I could feel almost every spring in the mattress. Whilst the rooms were decorated nicely every bit of the furniture felt like it was going to fall apart so I was scared to touch them. The ben sheets weren't changed for the extend of the stay. Towels and face washers had dirty marks on them. The front desk attendants were ok. The menu options were pretty abysmal, I didn't go to the hotel for one feed as it was overpriced and an average menu.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now. It's a well appointed hotel with good sized rooms and modern furnishings. I love that it's kept very clean. It's located close to the main shopping area, public transport and to a lot of restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, very clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. The location was fantastic, so close to lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Rundle Mall. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the housekeeping staff did a great job looking after us.
