This is my second stay at this hotel; good restaurants nearby and so much variety. close to shops, botanical garden is 2 blocks away. The hotel itself is clean, our room is spacious and comfortable.

Well maintained hotel helpful staff and only five minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Bed was very comfortable and room very clean, Housekeeping was excellent. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities provided daily. Located to the east of the Mall with plenty of restaurants and bars. Felt very safe in the area. Loved the balcony area with a sliding door and window that kept the room very quiet for a peaceful sleep. The roof top bar, whilst fitted with comfy chairs and tables, was empty . Need to have a bar there so everyone can enjoy a drink and enjoy the view. Would recommend this hotel for its location, staff and rooms.

It’s not majestic and the term roof garden is misleading. Arrived late 21:30 (flight delayed) and reception said no food or drink at hotel except mini bar. It was a Tuesday and not a lot open at the hotel except on Thursday-Saturday. Eventually directed to another hotel nearby. All a bit bizarre as there seemed to be a night menu in the room?? Anyway pretty comfortable room. Breakfast included but we were given a different (smaller) menu to choose from. How strange? Our friends (separate booking) were given a menu with more choices! However we could pay a supplement of a few bucks to get a greater choice. There is no rooftop bar and not sure if there is a bar at all in the hotel so all a bit misleading. I’d give it 6/10 overall.

Way below expectations for a 4 star hotel

Whilst the rooms were nice and the facilities met reasonable expectations. I feel that it is an overshoot for this hotel to be a 4-star hotel. The bed that was in the room was large, but I could feel almost every spring in the mattress. Whilst the rooms were decorated nicely every bit of the furniture felt like it was going to fall apart so I was scared to touch them. The ben sheets weren't changed for the extend of the stay. Towels and face washers had dirty marks on them. The front desk attendants were ok. The menu options were pretty abysmal, I didn't go to the hotel for one feed as it was overpriced and an average menu.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now. It's a well appointed hotel with good sized rooms and modern furnishings. I love that it's kept very clean. It's located close to the main shopping area, public transport and to a lot of restaurants.
