Worst 4 stars hotel I have been to.

Seriously, this was the worst 4 stars hotel I have been to. The pictures on internet do not reflect the reality at all, at least for our room (103). The room was dirty, sheets not clean, full of dust, no view, noisy, decoration outdated, and so on... Really disappointed. Maybe other rooms are better when I see the rating and pictures on the website, but room 103 is not worth the price at all! See pictures below.

OCT 2019 Madrid visit

We really liked the hotel and wold recommend to anyone going to Madrid for an extended stay. the location was excellent, an easy walk to the Prado and other museums, Retiro park. A very easy walk to other sites (usually 15-20 minutes) and restaurants. We only ate once at the roof top hotel- a little pricey for what we got. Instead we ate a the next door VIP. Everyoe who worked at the hotel was SUPER nice, and helpful when we asked for assistance or advice. We enjoyed the large room, with the living room area, kitchen area and bedroom. Nice to relax at night watching TV or just to spread out. The kitchen had a Nespresso machine , fridge and washer, microwave, and plenty of space to warm up leftovers or in our case buy some food and prep breakfast in the room.

Best Place to Stay

Luxury Suites is conveniently located in the center of Madrid with access to public transportation just few steps away. You can also walk to El Prado Museum and other museums near by. The hotel, which is not really a big one but an apartment building converted into separate suites, is clean and spacious. The concierges are polite and friendly and they make sure that you are completely satisfied and happy while you are staying there. Their breakfast on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the Ayuntamiento, City Hall, is plentiful and delicious. This small hotel is a hidden gem!

Good location

Why this is called luxury suites astounds me, it is in a good location on a busy street close to restaurants and good for sightseeing. We had a big suite with two bedrooms, which was good for putting our luggage on, two well equipped bathrooms also. We asked for a kettle in our room and this was provided for us. The bed was comfortable which is important when your away from home. The door man ( there were 3, I don’t want to offend the wrong ones) was a lazy man who didn’t appear to want to put his phone down to help us with our luggage, we were on the top floor, when we came out of the lifts, there was about 10 stairs to drag the luggage up to, he had disappeared. Overall it’s ok. Not luxury by any means.

Great place to stay in Madrid!

This is a great place to stay in Madrid. Besides being well-appointed, spacious and comfortable, it's in a wonderful location with easy access to all parts of the city. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when needed. We appreciated having a washing machine, but were disappointed to learn there was no dryer. This posed a bit of a problem since we did not plan for it and air drying our clothes took longer than expected (they were able to provide one additional drying rack). All in all a great place to stay!
