Worst management. I was looking to visit here & i enquired, the guy quoted me amount for a room. The next day I called on another number as the same number wasn't answering, another guy said the amount I was told couldn't be quoted by them and could be for lower floors and was trying to get more money out from me. I wanted room from morning till evening but the 2nd guy was quoting me price for a full 24 hrs. Would not recommend anyone to visit here.

I was looking for an overnight stay, close to Mumbai, but with a view which doesn't suggest so. From the management photographs, Levels looked like exactly what we wanted. All rooms here are lake facing, and the area is surrounded with greenery. We had booked the Super deluxe room, which was spacious enough to accommodate 5 people easily. The food and service was excellent, and so was the check-in / check-out. We also used the pool, which was clean and big enough. They have other indoor / outdoor activities as well, which we couldn't try due to lack of time. Overall, a great place to chill with friends, also close to Mumbai, so is extremely convenient.

Without doubt one of favourite hotels t spend some leisure time with with Family, friends or even colleagues! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff who were very professional, helpful and friendly. The staff and restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

This place is a perfect weekend getaway. Easy access from Mumbai and Thane.The hospitality is great so is the food. The rooms are spacious with a good view of the lake. Has lots of activities like table tennis carrom badminton etc. The lawn is a perfect place for some light games n stuff.The swimming pool is clean and the safe especially for children.This place has good conference halls for corporate meetings etc. I had visited with family and friends and will visit again. Will recommend this place for a weekend visit.

Really friendly staff and awesome food. Also has facilities swimming pool...paly area ..good place to hang out with friends for a quick over the weekend getaway within an hour's reach from Mumbai . Would definitely recommend...
