This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Dusseldorf just in front of Konigsalle and right by a tram station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Good 4 start hotel. Perfect location in the center of Dusseldorf just in front of Konigsalle. Excellent breakfast. People very professional. About room depends by the type. My room was quite big and well equipped with Coffee machine available.

We stayed at this hotel with our 3 children recently. Hotel is very well situated close to Königsallee. Rooms are well appointed but bathrooms are tiny!! Towels were thin and there was nothing in bathrooms only large stationary bottles of soap/shampoo. No slippers, no dressing gowns etc. However beds and duvets were very comfortable. Rooms were cosy and temperature could be well regulated. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very nice on reception, breakfast room and bar. Bar was very nice in the evenings for a drink before bedtime. The hotel is expensive and could do better with bathroom products but overall a nice stay for Christmas market visit.

My last hotel under this long travel was this Leonard Royal and it was a good experience. I didnt get my room early but after breathing some extra minutes I got it and it was super. Bath tub included I was a lot there. Slept good. Very good wifi. I didnt eat at hotel only some few drinks a couple of days. Helpful stab in the reception Short way to public transport or walk around 15 minutes or more to the old town where things happen. Very nice decor and things in all areas. World record in not waiting for elevator it was always ready for me. Even it was many other guest here. I think I stop there. Will maybe remember other things later when its too late. It was a shop with drinks and what we called not healthy things. And a restaurant 30 meter from hotel that looked popular. The Køningsalle that is a popular kanal with luxury shops on both side are 3 minutes walking from hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location - we had a one night stop over (40 of us) and chose this hotel so that we could walk to the funfair on the Rhine. 15/20 minute walk over the bridge, so no problem. We are a music group of mixed ages and we’re travelling home from a tour. Group bookings had been very helpful as we had a few last minute changes. Check in was very smooth, especially for the size of our group. Rooms were good - not the most spectacular view for everyone but we weren’t looking for one. Comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice. Staff very relaxed and helpful. We will stay there again if we need a stop over again! Special mention to the man on reception, he was excellent.
