Pathetic hotel !!Not welcoming attitude from the staff ..in my case i had day use booking and hotel doesn't able to provide the room on mentioned time secondly when I enquire for the problem staff doesn't showed any interest to solve the problem rather they went inside office and left the problem unattended after 1 hour they provide me the room that had wear and tear paint was coming out from the wall ,wc wasn't clean I called attend he mentioned it's like this nothing can be done ..very bad service offered

The food was so good , thanks to the chef vikas for amazing hospitality and food Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms were really comfy too , the fragrance of the lemon tree is great ,it is very luxurious too, thankyou for such wonderful experience will must visit again .

The staff especially Ankit is very good. then take very good care .the only thing that can be improved is some high speed internet wifi across all area which is basic in this age. The location is good , right next to transport bagar station and easily accessible from airport and railway station..
