50% Amount paid in Advance. Train Cancelled from Delhi to Jammu so, we come from Bus, same inform by him we will reach hotel at next day 5 am. but Hotel Manger told us paid full money in advance. so we are traveling in bus & in Jammu only post paid Sim work we told him we have paid balance money at morning but Manager told us pay full money in advance. so its very shock moment.

location is no doubt its convinient, property needs refurbishment , at this price property is not so good. I booked as I trust & rely LEROI brand but here that feeling was lacked . Iniitally i requested for support which was denied from hotel staff then while stay rooms were there but was informed Hotel is full packed .sheets /blanket cover were dirty, washroom some lights were faulty , glass was dirty. feeling of leroi stay was lacking.

I have stayed here during my Jammu trip best part is it is beside railway station and facilities are awesome...I liked time which I spent here...we were family of 3 & they had provided a nice comfortable bed for sleeping also washrooms are very clear

Location - very good, just outside railway station. Front Desk - VERY Sober and cooperative. Space - sufficient for 2 adults. Cleanliness - bed and surrounding Good, bathroom need improvement have signs of seepage. Resturant - looks good, meals taste NO idea as we don't take any meals.

Not worth for money. Hotel staff is not familiar. AC was not working properly. No running hot water when I asked they said keep tap open for 2 minutes hot water will start coming then next time they said due to maintenance geyser is not working. Food I ordered which was very good, though it was expensive but quality was good.
