Booked one night in a couples room at le bonheur. Staff was friendly, and the room was nice and clean. It’s a perfect location for getting to the BTS and Chatuchak market, which is a must-see if visiting Bangkok.

The hostel has a nice location close to the BTS and Chatuchak market. This was the main reason for us to stay here since we wanted close proximity to the market and fast transfer to the airport. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming. Indoor spaces are only accesable through card passes. Breakfast is decent (they also have take away if you have an early flight). We had a private room which was small but sufficient. Room had a nice shower, a/c and 2 windows. Very good WiFi! Taxi service on demand available against 100 baht fee for reservation. Downsides: not many things to see or do except for Chatuchak. This also counts for food options. The neighbourhood is not so attractive. No elevator but the staffmember insisted help us carry our luggage. Would stay again for 1-2 nights if I had to be around.

Don't choose the female dorm

I booked two nights last week at Le Bonheur in a 4 female dorm. Pictures on the website trick you a bit as female dorm is on the 5th floor, no lift,no window and room temperature is above 40c with only a/c as refreshing air and sleeping with a/c is not the best . Staff is nice but in the end I booked another accomodation for the 2nd night as I couldn't the claustrophobic atmosphere. I guess private rooms are nicer and more spacious.

One of the best hostel I stay at Bangkok, the room is clean and cheap, owner is helpful and friendly, worth the price of staying. Location is good also, it is about 2 min walking distance from the bus station, 3-4 mins to seven eleven.

The best option in bkk bacuse: Close to bts station. Very very clean Very very nice staff Walking distance to chatuchak Surrounded of many street food restaurants very very good. Market and beautifull temple. Good quality price relationship
