The position of the hotel is near to all the local seightseeing points and there is paid children park outside the hotel. Personal suggestions don't visit haflong. The travel agents and drivers are thugs. With this bad behaviour of drivers, tourism can never develop in this place. Better visit shillong for better experience when ur spending ur hard earned money

Stayed in the property for three nights in the month of Dec, 23. Occupied two suites. The suites were spacious with all modern amenities like mini fridge, geyser, tea maker, sofa, intercom, air conditioner( not used as it was cold) etc. The bed provided can easily accommodate three adults. They provided an extra cot for additional person with charge. The overall ambiance of the hotel was clean. The hotel has a big campus. It looks like a Circuit House. Offered complimentary breakfast. The quality of breakfast was nice. Took dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food was nice, but a bit costly. In Haflong food as a whole is costly. The hotel is located in the middle of the town and is surrounded by different Govt offices. The Circuit House is also nearby, where there is a nice viewpoint. There is a park attached to the hotel, with different play for children, which is mantained by the Forest Department. The park can be directly accessed from the hotel campus. The staff were very helpful. They arranged a vehicle for us for sightseeing at a very reasonable price. The only inconvenience faced was the intercom in one suite was not working.

This is a Assam type house with lots of open space. Rooms have entries from the varanda and are big. very neat and clean and well maintained. Service is good. They have complimentary breakfast, which is ok. But the place is used by the local political leaders frequently for parties etc. That is why little noisy at times.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the lake, the circuit house which is a view point for sunrise and it is also not far off from market area. The rooms are nice with a sit out balcony and the restaurant is quite beautiful. However, we stayed only for a night and did not take meals there except for tea and snacks. So can not comment on food quality or services. The hotel looked a bit run down though, most probably due to pandemic effect. Considering it is in Halflong, I have rated it very good.
