Came back from the hotel a few weeks ago 1st time since before covid had a lovely time staff hotel food really good 2 nice size swimming pools always cleaned every day.manager Umesh and staff cant do enought for you.booked to go back jan.25 for 12wks cant wait for it.Terry

Just returned from a 10wk holiday from the lagoa been there before but this yr was the best ever lovely clean rooms great food and prices the staff some of the best i have ever had the pleasure to know polite very friendly and the manager umesh over a couple of yrs has turned the lagoa into one of the best hotels in north goa.so today booked our 12wk holiday for next yr.

Have just returned from the most wonderful 14 night break. The staff are all fantastic with a special mention to Basanta, Kartik and Bunty but all staff couldn’t do enough for you and we’re always smiling. I celebrated my 40th and staff went out of their way to make it one of the most special days I’ve had. All other guests and residents are friendly and it gives the hotel a lovely feel. Hotel grounds are clean and well looked after. I used the gym and it’s adequate to meet holiday needs. Pool is ample size and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere as it’s so relaxing. However, plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Rooms are big with plenty of space and are spotless. Cleaning never took long but the room was always immaculate and the towel animals on the bed always made me smile. We can’t wait to return

This is a very clean, nice hotel well run by all the staff who are a credit to the manager Umesh. Everybody from cleaning staff, gardeners, restaurant staff and reception staff along with security and management are all very cheerful and helpful in every way. It's hardly fair to pick out any individual, but Maya on reception was such a lovely, helpful girl, helping us with restaurant reservations at various places and being such a fun person. Just a shame l couldn't convert her to be a Manchester United fan. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and our third visit to the wonderful North Goa. Hopefully, it's not our last.

Have just came back from this lovely well run hotel Lago azul the rooms as were bedding and towels very clean Nothing was to much trouble for all the staff to make our stay enjoyable Always a smile from reception staff.
