Warning: It is NOT a 4 stars hotel. The pictures are from time of their last renovations. I stay at this hotel with my wife for a two weeks vacation. It was not a good experience at all. I will never go back. The manager or owner (The tall guy at the lobby) charged me TEN DOLLARS ($10) for a hand towel upon my check out. He personally walk to my taxi and stop the taxi driver. How rude? and really a small hand towel cost $10 in Istanbul. He just want get extra money from a customer whom stay for three weeks. I pay $10 tips for one time meal. I made a big mistake to book this hotel through third-party website and I was not able to get refund. Pro: Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Free breakfast buffet if stay for few days, but after three day it gets boring. Staff at the breakfast buffet were nice and helpful Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Rooms have no view. At day time going by taxi is almost impossible. I promised queen bed and we got two single beds. House keeping service awful. If you stay, make sure to check bed sheets and pillow covers. Noisy street below the hotel. Lobby's furniture are beat up, dirty and old. Beds are uncomfortable and sheets are old. This is my recommendation for future guests. Stay away from this hotel, and find a nice hotel and make sure you can cancel your booking if you are not happy. If you walking-in to other hotel in the same area, you will get much better deals and better hotels

My favorite place to stay and take my friend in İstanbul!! The view at breakfast looking out at the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofya and the Bosporous is fabulous. The breakfast is incredible! Great selection and. They have drip coffe. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. I have been bring ing groups here for yrs. The spa /hamam is a nice relief after touring and shopping all day,

Before we start can I just say I have not stayed in this hotel but I visited to see if I could have a meal on rooftop restaurant for New Year’s Eve the gentlemen on reception where so helpful it was unbelievable they worked so hard finding me a venue for New Years Eve I’m a solo traveller so it’s important that everything is peace of mind they arranged everything and I had the best New Years Eve ever thank you 🙏 for your help and assistance if I came to Istanbul again I would definitely stay at this hotel it looked clean beautiful and really good position to visit everything thank you

First time in a 3 Star hotel but was amazing, very clean and good average size rooms, if you want to be very near to all Historical places in Sultan Ahmet this is the Hotel, its literally 5/10 min walking to everywhere. Mosques/ Restaurants/Shopping, the Rooftop is amazing as you see in the website, staff are also very good, Emre/Murat/ Jafer, and not forgetting the manager Miss Bade very helpful, Breakfast also good as they have most items like Fresh Fruits, Yogurts/ all Salads/couple of Hot Dishes/ Boiled Eggs, But have to pay for Omelettes or Fried Eggs as its Extra which i think its odd, i dont think this should be charged for what we paid for rooms. i would definitely go back if in that area and prices were OK.

Very satisfied with the service, location and staff ☺️ Clean rooms, nice restaurant with nice views. I would absolutely recommend it ! By the way u can enjoy live music at the restaurant! Delicious food with good wines. Prices were very reasonable!
