Five star hotel, highly recommend, friendly staff, great food, good location, fair pricing, we will certainly be back to stay again. The Beis Hamedrash was welcoming. The spa was superb. The Kashrut has a full time mashgiach. We had a great break and was a return visit

The meals are good (apart from the absence of restocking for desserts), the bedding and the bathroom are good as is the location. The big problems: 1.Many of the staff (especially at reception) are unfriendly. No mastery of hotel codes or even the basics of politeness. 2. The hotel does not specify that some rooms are on the ground floor with a view of a double highway. Unable to open window. We had to change rooms, reception reversed its decision the next day. Too bad because there are a lot of positive points.

Not up to US standards. Climate control isn’t great. Not the cleanest . Seems understaffed. Elevator fits one person at a time. Positives is that it has a synagogue and kosher food. Better to stay somewhere else and come for the food. I wasn’t pleased for the amount I paid.

Very convenient location - just round the corner from the train station. Great rooms (very comfortable beds) and a generous, lavish breakfast buffet. Hotel service also very accomodating to children. Would definitely recommend it to anyone .
