Fantastic location walking distance to all the tourist spots. Room was ready early which was great, lovely welcome. Room was a good size safe included, toiletries included aswel. Plenty of wardrobe space for afew days. Fridge in room and TV not that we used it. Breakfast was alright ran out of a few things but within afew minutes it was restocked. Two hot drinks machines so if you drink coffee etc you didn't have to wait long. Bottles of water were placed in Room daily which was a nice touch. Garden area which you can sit out in when the weathers nice. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent central location close to everything including multi story shopping mall ‘The Palladium’, restaurants, cafes, the old Town Square, short 15 min walk down to the river. Staff were very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and we had such a quiet room on the sixth floor facing inner type of courtyard. We decided to walk to the Prague Castle, it’s a bit of an uphill walk if you’re up to it, however there are trams that go up there (make sure you have a ticket and validate it when you get onboard as there are undercover inspectors who will issue fines if you haven’t). We also went on an evening 1 hour river cruise around 9pm and it was spectacular with all the lights and the castle was all lit up! A really nice hotel and we recommend it to anyone wanting a little luxury.

Stunning hotel ,Great location, comfortable bed and clean room & friendly staff in all areas. Breakfast was buffet, fruit and pastries great, eggs overcooked and cold every day. view from window was at front of hotel looking onto the roof. friends room was not good, very dark, two single beds when double was booked, worse view than ours. bedroom was way too hot. Building trucks across road from hotel but didn't cause any problems as roadworks were further up the road tax to be paid upon check out. fab check out time of midday and staff held luggage for us until the transfer to airport came.

Really incredible location right next to Old Town. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed the breakfast, they had pastries, English breakfast, fruit, salad and yogurt. It got a little busy at times, but never had to wait long. The beds were comfy, rooms were very clean and quiet. Great hotel overall!

Crazy bar man shouting at me in reception area

We had a lovely stay until the last day when we were sitting in reception as we had a two hour wait before we headed to get the airport.. we sat in a section outside the bar behind a glass panel and the bar man came out and told us we weren’t allowed to sit there as it was for business. My son offered to buy a drink and was told no. I complained to reception who called the man out and explained that we should be allowed sit there he proceeded to shout at me in the reception area saying we were eating(we had chocolate) and we couldn’t sit there.. I complained to the manager who spoke to the man but there was no apology and I could hear them laughing together as she was talking to him.. so rude and ignorant would not stay here again or recommend to friends or family
