Excellent service. Overall excellent service. Good quality was highly hygiene delicious. What should to say. Overall ambience is good. Only to suggest that to much extent possible buffet breakfast need to update more remaining all are good.

Pros- Good location. Very nice spacious room. Customer service was very good. Very friendly staff and waiters. Food was good. Clean washroom. Bathroom didn’t have any hot water. Asked for an iron but was given one that wasn’t working. Network in ground floor room was terrible.

Food is good , Over all ambience is fair to support the relaxing trip , Hospitality / Service is prompt .I rate the place very good for stay well th either friends or with family . Approach from key places in Kanpur is also good from Kingston Resort . 👍

A nice, calm place with a lot of greenery and open space. The staff is very courteous. The food is very good. A nice place of stay in crowded city of Kanpur.

We arrived in Kanpur for the metro railway project and discovered the exceptional Kingston Resort. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff, including Dinesh, Raju, Vishal, Sonu, Dularam, etc., are very kind and accommodating. The managers, Umesh Ji, Ashwin, Anil, and Singh, are highly responsible. We’ve been staying here for around 7 months, feeling comfortable and at peace.
