My recent stay at Kenilworth from May 11th to May 13th was far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Uncomfortable Lobby Environment: The lobby was uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning, making the initial impression less than welcoming. Unannounced Construction: Throughout our stay, construction work was ongoing without any prior notice. This resulted in disturbances and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. Dull Dining Experience: The Mutlicuisine restaurant failed to impress. The ambiance was lackluster due to ongoing ceiling maintenance, and there was no music to enhance the dining experience. Unwelcome Guests: To add insult to injury, we discovered a bee hive on our balcony chair, posing a significant safety hazard and indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Safety Concerns at the Pool: Despite it being a weekend, there was no lifeguard present at the pool area on Saturday, raising serious safety concerns for guests, especially families with children. Questionable Star Rating: It's evident that Kenilworth falls short of its claimed 5-star rating. The only redeeming qualities were the jacuzzi and the pool slide, which, while enjoyable, couldn't compensate for the overall disappointing experience. In conclusion, my stay at Kenilworth was marred by discomfort, lackluster facilities, safety hazards, and an overall sense of dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise against considering this hotel for future stays.

Kenilworth is one of the best resorts in Goa. Anyone planning to visit Goa should have this resort on top of their list. The ambience is excellent, rooms are big enough and very cosy. We had the sea view room and it was one of the best rooms available. Food is awesome. During breakfast, I had the opportunity to interact with chef Mr. Mohsin, Mr. Ravi and Ms. Goma. They were really helpful in sorting things out. If you get the opportunity, please interact with them, they are really helpful and lovely people. I would recommend this resort any given day. Thank you Kenilworth for making my stay a memorable one.

The resort is really very good placed just beside the Beach. We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. Area also spacious. The food quality is good and they are having three restaurants Palm, Salute and Kai. Palm gives Indian food where we felt menu is limited. There is a scope of increasing various dishes. Salute is Italian restaurant and we enjoyed the Italian food there. Kai is Goan shack placed at the sea shore. Other facilities like game zone, kid activity zone are also good. Our kids enjoyed the activities and game over there. Spa centre is also very good and spacious. We celebrated one of our family member’s birthday. The decoration was simple but looking very good. The cake served was also really good. For the dinner also they decorated the tables in Kai shack. There we enjoyed Goan authentic food which was really very delicious. Swimming pool is also very well maintained and there are different sections in swimming pool. We overall enjoyed our stay at Kenilworth.
