The entire team was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to interactive with. From reception, to Krishna (Chauffeur) to the restaurant team and 2 bar staff everyone was professional and engaging. All prepare to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. A real credit to the hotel management.

I just came back from our staycation at jw Marriot Juhu, and I had to take out the time to write a review as we all had a wonderful time. My son has been detected with a lot of allergies and intolerances, I was very worried about what he will eat for 2 days. First of all the hotel policy of kids eat free was awesome … Now talking about staff, overall the entire staff was very courteous. I do want to mention some name who were exceptionally helpful to us for our 5 year old, chef Paresh and Milind, managers Rajnish and Priti, and Raynol. Thank you Marriot Juhu for a wonderful experience!

Booking mess up

The hotel completely messed up the booking for a newly wed bride and groom. While the booking was in the name of the groom, the hotel staff took down all my credit card details ( knowing very well that I am not the groom) but never mentioned the need for the bride to carry the physical card or any other government mandated requirement. I had additionally requested for a simple room arrangement for the newly weds which which was completely forgotten. Newly weds were left in the limbo at the reception and had to go through a painful waiting time and eventually self pay. All of this at 1.30 am after a long wedding day! The booking process wasnt smooth either. After a detailed conversarion with the booking/ front office staff, the gentlement on the other end of the call felt quite comfortable to leave at the fag end of my long booking call for something else and transferred my call to another colleague who had no clue about what was to be done , leaving me with the ardous task of repeating every booking detail again. While I don't enjoy giving negative reviews, this unfortunately needs attention.
