Thank you for arranging a short stay on an urgent basis. This was for a group of people who were our guests for a marriage function. The booking and arrangements were promptly arranged by Ms Mithula and she made sure there were no complications.

Excellent stay and courteous staff.Close to the railway station as well as to the Thrissur Pooram location.Neat and tidy rooms, restaurant was good.Wirhin the heart of the city, travel facilities are abundant.I didn't see a working swimming pool possibly due to some maintenance work

Best customer service experience!!! Hotel and Services are awesome.Location is fantastic.The rooms was beautiful and clean.we had another great stay at joys palace asusual.I appreciate Guest relation Executive Littisha and Front desk manager Mr Siby .extremely professional and helpful.thank you for their great effort to make our stay memorable .food was delicious.
