Thank you for the team Jetwing for the cooperation given us our one night stay at Jetwing sea. Specially the support given by Jetwing staff member Hiruni Tharuka. She is really nice friendly staff member who support us to do the reservation done and till we check out from this lovely hotel. Best thing is we saw was the clean, neat and calm environment which really good for kids... Meals was so nice and delicious. There were really good combinations of foods with lots of varieties.. Once again thank you Hiruni and the team Jetwing Sea.... See you all again.... -Adios- ♥️

Unpleasant experience

We recently stayed at the Jetwing sea and we were extremely disappointed with the experience. we check in our room 4.00pm and they get 25 minutes send our luggages to our room (room number 123). Despite the hotel being rated as a 4-star property, the rooms were far from up to standard. The most frustrating part was that the air conditioner in our room was broken and they didn't inform us when checking us into that room. After we complained about twice and they only checked it but didn't take any action.So, I went to the reception and explained that and not take any action also. The rooms were far from up to standard.Room not spacious and similarly lacking in quality.our wardrobe is broken and inside light always lighting.because its can’t closed.No any bucket for put used towels.Fan was very old and some bed light are not working. TV was not working sometimes.No any alacart menu in room and phone also not working.The beds were squeaky and the rooms were not soundproofed at all, so we could hear staff members arguing and pushing trolleys on the corridor. The bathroom was not tidy and broken tile which was also a concern. whole hotel has so many mosquitoes everywhere including in the rooms. We were on HB and breakfast and dinner all buffets and fantastic food offerings.That’s the only thing we are happy about.And vegetarian options are less.But good spread on that day. This is my 10th jetwing stay and we are really disappointed.

Poor sleep quality due to mosquitoes

Worst sleeping quality we had so far. We didn’t even open the balcony door but room was occupied with mosquitoes since the time we first entered. The mosquitoes were not repelled by the provided mosquito repellent. This disturbed our sleep several times due to mosquito bites. Same time cental A/c had its own noise n if turned on fan both were noisy. Standard rooms were very tiny n old esp bathroom had no space at all. The good thing is the delicious n quality foods . All the jetwing hotels we visited so far never disappointed us on food . So highly recommend for dine in but not for overnight stay.

My family and I wanted to go on a little getaway and choose Jetwing sea for it. We stayed for one night, starting with lunch the same day and ending with breakfast the next day (full board). We called them up to make a reservation in advance and when we arrived at the location the checkin was easy. Everyone was very helpful. The food was good (western and Sri Lankan). The restaurant staff as well as the beach bar staff were very nice and welcoming. Furthermore the rooms were very clean and modern. We would like to give our special thanks to Miss Barnadeth for the very kind hospitality and the cleanliness of our three rooms.

Nestled conveniently near Negombo's dining scene and the airport, Jetwing Sea has garnered appreciation for its amenities, particularly its delightful spa services. The hotel offers a tranquil retreat with a peaceful atmosphere, though traffic noise may sometimes be a concern. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, they certainly appear to have been 'lived-in' and could use a refresh. I had a blissful massage at the spa, and commendations go to Niranjan for his expert service. Located at the top floor with sweeping views of the sea, it was an unforgettable escape.
