We enjoyed our stay. The pool was just lovely. Room was spacious and well appointed. Lots of food options in the area. MRT was across the road so made getting places efficient. Jet lagged we didn’t make the right call to change lines on our arrival so ended up with a long hot walk.Would always recommend taxi from the airport !!

Great hotel - try it to believe it. For starters, the MRT station Orchard Boulevard is right opposite the hotel (less than 30m) - makes it so convenient to travel around Singapore! Service is above excellent- from Ms Hidayah (front desk) to Mr Solomon (J65) - they remember you and make you feel so welcome. The lounge (L17) manned by the excellent Ms Chona & Ms Jessey- service above par! Definitely will stay again!

We were very pleasantly surprised with our experience at Hotel Jen Tanglin. The staff were all so warm and made us feel so welcomed. Inah at the reception anticipated our needs without having to ask and Lisa with housekeeping was super responsive and friendly. The location of the hotel is really convenient too with Orchard Boulevard mrt station right at the doorstep and Tanglin Mall (Cold Storage, Little Farms, Scoop etc) accessible via a connected walkway.

Very average hotel, communal areas in need of upgrading. Stay regularly at this hotel at the behest of my employer. Pool area was littered with last nights drinks and coffee cups on the floor. Didn’t seem like anyone was tasked to clean properly. The poolside restaurant was leaking in a rain shower on my previous visit. Gym - pretty much unusable due to the fact that the air conditioning is broken. The “temporary solution” of two portable units had little effect and one was also broken and leaking. The temperature in the gym was 27 degrees, very uncomfortable even for light exercise. In addition to this the water machine has been removed, and there was no water supply to drink. I called to request this twice and it never arrived. I would not stay at this hotel by choice.

We stayed at hotel Jen to break the journey for our trip back home to New Zealand from London… Very handy to tube / metro we were given a warm welcome by a young girl (possibly training to be a receptionist)… although we arrived @ 9am the girl did get mixed up with the cost of a early check in which we declined once she clarify the actual cost… left our suitcases and went out to explore the city… On our return, we went up to the room and were pleasantly surprised, very nice view over the pool area… In the early hrs of morning there was some noise from other guests in the hallway which was a little annoying… The following morning breakfast was incredible a huge buffet with English Continental and Asian dishes available, fresh fruit juices and coffee and tea selection. I was quite fascinated with the robot that was in the restaurant Taking the dirty plates back into the kitchen which I hadn’t seen before staying in hotels… Overall very pleasant stay and was able to use the pool and gym area to have a shower for our late flight that evening which is definitely appreciated with the heat of Singapore….
