Good experience, nice services and very professional staff. Breakfast is a typical Italian one, with many sweet pastries, some pressed ham and cheese but on request, the staff is very responsive and attentive to the preferences and wishes of the customers and can prepare eggs, vegetables and other specific products for breakfast.

I stayed at JC Hotel for a couple of nights. Good location, walking distance to public transport and shopping centre. Clean, Cable TV, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. However, the late 6:00pm check in and not having in room tea/coffee facility are disadvantages.

The hotel is located close to the airports, but it's rather remote from the city center and to be honest, we just didn't find the public transport convenient enough. Next time we'd rather spend more on a hotel closer to the city, as traveling would often take up to 1h 30min per direction. The breakfast choices were rather limited, but the staff is really friendly and helpful, in particular Rachel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathroom window in the room is quite the peculiar design choice. They agreed to store our luggage until check-in time, as we wanted to have a stroll around town, which was nice.

I stayed overnight after picking my wife up late from FCO. The location is a little isolated, but the GPS took me straight to the hotel. The dinner at the hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful. The air conditioner did not work in our room, but I realized it so late that I did not report it until the next morning when I departed. After I left the hotel and realized I had not paid for the dinner the night before. When I called the hotel to settle my bill, they stated they were sorry about my air conditioner not working and wanted to compensate me by not charging for the meal. It was not necessary, but it was representative of how helpful the staff were during my stay. I would stay here again.

My daughter booked this hotel for us . She was sent confirmation. On arrival was given a,different room . When queried. The receptionist she said she needed to speak to the manager. Manager was shown confirmation But saud it's not my fault . Wasnt happy . Staff are really friendly and helpful Manager wasnt bothered. I had to wait to have a cup of tea .no English tea .or milk If you love pastries. Your love their breakfast. Be careful of taxis 10 euros to sit in before moving Took this up with hotel. Ie you recommend this taxi they apologized No swimming pool
