This was my first time staying at Jaypee Vasant Hotel and it was honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in Delhi. I thought I'll divide the reviews into pros and cons, but there probably are no cons. The hotel is located very close to the airport so it was easy to reach the hotel from the airport. As soon as I got out of the cab, I was welcomed very warmly. The check-in was extremely smooth. Mr. Deepak at the reception helped me check-in, and he was very courteous and accommodated few requests I had. The rooms themselves are very spacious, the view from the room is also very beautiful! The bathrooms are also good and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was that it wasn't even that expensive compared to other hotels that give the same amenities at higher prices. For dinner I went to the Indian restaurant that's inside the hotel itself and it was amazing. The staff who was assisting me was very polite and kind. The food was also great! They have 3 restaurants if I'm not mistaken. An Indian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and one cafe on the ground floor. I went to the cafe in the morning and the staff were very friendly. Overall this was one the best stays I've probably ever had mainly because of how welcoming the staff were, the comfortable rooms and 24x7 service. They also have a pool but I didn't use it but it looked amazing! 10/10 recommended for short and long term visit as well!!

Stay was good Mohit was helped alot as my preference is king-size bedding as you guys were on soldout position but Mohit helped me to get one master bed and room also has good view once food also good once again thanks to Mohit will come again soon

All my bookings as below were made online from UK in advance through travel Agency called Adani, well in advance before my visit to India. I booked in for two days from 14 to 16 April 2024. Room no. 701. All night I could hear planes landing and taking off, it was not good nights to sleep at all with roaring noises all night. Then my next booking again was for 20 April to 21 April (one night) it was Room no. 501 This was the worst experience of my life Firstly to start with there were screeching noises of chairs moving with some partying above on 6th floor and then this almighty very very loud banging drums, loud music & dance with DJ shouting and screaming all night until 3am from a disco night club next to my room/ the hotel building in spite of a double glazed window in the room. Flashing lights through the roof and almighty madhouse drums & music roaring until early morning. Impossible to bear leave alone sleeping. So very annoying sleepless night, had to get ready around 8 and checked out before 12 to catch my flight back to UK. I did complain to the reception about all this and was told nothing they can do about this night club being in another building in basant lok shopping centre in spite of complains by other hotel guests at times. I wonder where is law and order in the capital to stop this nuisance. I am unfortunately booked once again in advance for four night from 30 June to 4 July 2024 when I travel to Delhi from UK. I have called the Hotel today to ensure I do not have to go through the same old hell again during my next visit and stay. If I have a choice I prefer to cancel my booking fearing of the same bad experience again and this time for four nights. Reason for booking in this Hotel is due to convenience to commute back and forth from this Hotel. Ajay Kapur. (UK)
