Service was good. Rahul (Manager) had set it up for us very well. Thanks. We would love to visit this it again. Service of the staff was good and they greeted us really well. It was one of the best experience I had. Just one thought that we felt is they could have more options for Veg.

It is generally at an ITC property that one enjoys the luxury of spacious accommodations. Our room featured an ample walk-in wardrobe which connected to a generously sized powder room. Additionally, we were delighted to find a thoughtful array of amenities in the room, which proved to be a welcome respite after our delayed flight, allowing us to enjoy a late-night snack. The morning breakfast at the Peshwa Pavilion was a culinary delight, featuring a variety of local Maharashtrian favorites such as misal, pav bhaji, and kothamir vadi. The bakery section offered a selection of delectable pastries, including almond croissants that were truly heavenly when paired with a cup of tea on a leisurely Sunday morning. Our dinner at the renowned Avratana was an extraordinary culinary experience, showcasing exceptional culinary artistry and a symphony of flavors in each course. The nine-course menu presented a satisfying and memorable dining journey that may leave one feeling pleasantly full, but the gastronomic delight is undoubtedly worth the temporary digestive stress. During our stay, we had the privilege of interacting with several exceptional team members. Nagendar and Derek at the Pavillion, and Sumit, our gracious host at Avartana, provided exemplary service and contributed to our overall positive experience.

We stayed here at the ITC Maratha during the start of our India vacation. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient. The hotel itself is very grand, and the grounds are really nice. It was enjoyable to walk around. The rooms were very nice. The customer service was excellent. I left my electric toothbrush there, and they even contacted me to see if I wanted to pick it up. The food was fantastic, especially the included breakfast buffet. I feasted every morning like a King. I would recommend this hotel.

It was an absolutely disappointing experience with ITC Maratha, Mumbai. #marriott #marriottbonvoy #itchotels I traveled for Business purpose & selected this hotel considering 2 reasons - First it is Marriott Property & 2nd My colleague preferred due to Smoking requirements (I believe they have In-house Cigarettes counter). 1. As I stepped into property, no-body was there to take the luggage out & scan the same. Which I did myself. 2. On a surprising note, Hotel was not able to find my booking, despite I had confirmation number & even registered myself with Bonvoy App for Titanium Elite Benefit. This caused unnecessary delay for 30-40 mins during checkin. Finally, they had to create new entry for my booking & matched the room details. Also no dedicated for Bonvoy Members, i believe that's the ignoring feature on the property, Marriott Bonvoy doesn't matter for them. 3. Ideally, I get the titanium elite benefits by default, but I had to ask for Room upgrade (which they did after asking), but neither 2 Pcs complimentary pressing was given, nor the welcome drink was offered (again then they arranged after asking). All in all, i managed to ignore & proceed to room. 4. In room, they only had their own filtered water in reusable glass bottles. Upon asking for disposable water bottle, they said they can arrange from outside on chargeable basis. How come, if I don't trust their in-house filtration system, they should arrange. If they are so concerned about environment, then i must say that Water is also an essential element, How much water they are wasting in cleaning those glass bottles or if they are using for single use, then it doesn't matter if they use Glass or Plastic. Now exception is if they don't actually clean the bottles & reuse, which i think is the case here. 5. Toiletries was again an exception. We book five star rated hotels so that we get all required essentials in hotel. Now the tooth brush was of wooden & Razor was also of wooden. If this feedback is read by Hotel Management, I advise please do try once brushing & shaving from the toiletries you provide. Again if nature is concern, I will Wood/Trees are more essential. BTW I had to purchase the same from outside next day. So, if you planning to stay, please cancel. If can't cancel, then prepare to carry every item you may need - Water,Toiletries,Towels etc - they might deny or force you to use as per their rules. 6. Now the worst thing - RACISM & that to its own country people. I had to work along with my breakfast, for which i requested for side big tables with Sofas. To my surprise those were reserved, i asked for another 2 of them & i found that all Sofas with Big Tables were reserved, even unoccupied also. And guess who were all occupying it - Yes..!! Foreigners.. English Men. I again verified about one table which just got vacant but same reply. How can I just got vacant seat, be again reserved... What follows...everybody know..Apology this and that & justification. I will never use any of the ITC hotels in future, unless damn important. I advise Marriott International should also look on this... 7. Now the Checkout, as they created Manual Booking, there as expected I received different rates in Invoice, then expected, obviously higher. And after a lot of word exchanges, finally Duty Manager at that time had to intervene to correct the entries. But again not as per my expectations. Yes they gave complimentary Airport Drop after that. But the Damage is already done since first day. Unfortunately, I forgot something in the room, which I am planning to collect today. I have already dropped a mail but haven't received any response yet as I have very short layover & will try to pick this item quickly. Lets see how much time they will take to give the item back. BTW this hotel is next to airport, & they can't deliver to airport. Though, that not their responsibility & I can understand.
