Had an exceptionally great stay at this hotel. With a newly renovated modern lobby and a generously designed room size, it was very comfortable for 3 of us in the room. This property is equipped with great staff at the front desk, at the restaurant, at the executive lounge etc. A very well resourced breakfast team who managed busy periods with ease.

Really great hotel. Large room, excellent service, kind staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant it was also very good. This is my third time going there. I will keep Marriott Asia as my go to hotel whenever I visit Istanbul for work. Keep up the great work

Starting off 90% of the staff at this property are racist secondly service is extremely poor and thirdly they are thieves. A booked a stay here in August with my girlfriend I am a marriot platinum elite customer but they stole my girlfriend's perfume and treated us like peasants when we said let's report it to the police they said they police can no do anything o don't recommend anyone to stay there

Business trip 9 days I stayed at the Marriott Asia for a business trip. It’s a beautiful hotel. The bedroom came with two beds. My bed was comfortable and they switched out my feather pillows due to an allergy. The A/C would only go to 19.5c lowest and I would have appreciated my room a little cooler at night. The room was kept clean although I could never predict what towels and bath mats would be left each day. They said to hang to reuse your towels but they were taken each day regardless. Some days I was left replacements, twice I wasn’t left a bath mat. They threw away my razor probably by accident. The room has a large safe which is easy to use. It has charging facilities within the safe. There was a wedding by the pool on the Sunday with loud music until midnight which wasn’t great as I had an exam the next day. The Orange restaurant provided great breakfasts and dinners. Big shout out to Murat who is the loveliest man with the happiest smile. I have a nut allergy which I discovered are virtually unheard of in Turkey. The deli cheeses and meats were decorated in pistachios and walnuts which ruled out a lot of food items for me. I was lucky enough to be on business with two Turkish colleagues who helped me translate my allergy. It was nice to sit outside and breakfast. There are stray kittens which were very playful to watch. The entrance to the hotel has X-ray facilities for security, I was a little alarmed by this at first but quickly realised this is standard for hotels and shopping centres in this region. The gym was good. I used the treadmill, again would benefit from a cooler setting on the A/C. I wasn’t brave enough to run outside with the crazy traffic and stray dogs. I didn’t use the opportunity to swim, my colleague told me you had to wear a swim cap which I hadn’t brought with me. I took a taxi with BiTaksi from IST airport costing around 35 GBP. The hotel offers a car service but it is greatly more expensive. I would recommend staying here overall.

I have been traveled to turkey for the last couple years many times . We always staying in European part of Istanbul. But at this trip we travelled to Adalar, and the end of our trip we spent 3 days in Marriott Istanbul Asia. I was surprised how nice that hotel is. And I would say this hotel looks even much nicer rather than W in Beşiktaş. completely understand that Beşiktaş is nice party area, a lot of restaurants area, but if we talking just about hotel, it is much comfortable, not so noisy around, very very clean ( in W I saw a lot of dust , not enough light in the room, very tiny walls, and the staff was not really attentive). Marriott Istanbul Asia greeting is very well! So nice and pleasant receptionists ladies and Manager of the Hotel. Very polite and explain everything to us, also asked on every our question. The service is on really high level. Our 2 rooms were sim ilar with nice view of Marmara ! Amazing view from 19 floor. Especially to see Adalar from the distance was amazing after spending there 5 days. The rooms are quite spacious , very clean , comfortable with big windows. The view is sophisticated! Bathroom nice and clean ( why I noticed that? I can compare with other hotels. trust me I was in Marriott Paris Opera - there upgraded room was awful and dirty). In the room enough sunlight because of the windows and enough lamps at night- that’s important! The closest surrounding may be looks not super nice but you could see Marmara sea and Islands. In front of the hotel big shopping mall. I went today to Metropol shopping center not so far. lounge on 22 floor is very nice. You can grab tea or coffee with Turkish biscuits or have some snacks and salads and deserts ( which I found very delicious). It is so quite , small terrace with panoramic gorgeous view. The manager Hasan was really attentive and looking after us very well 👍🏼. Thanks to him so much! He is Very pleasant and polite. The food is good, local white wine Ankara - amazing. My mom impressed so much with service, hotel and food so it is mean something to me! Our room today was nice and clean. I appreciated cleaners work. Thanks to all team of Marriott Istanbul Asia for high level and impressive service and pleasant experience of staying with you! Alidzhan and Mardi.
