Staying for 4 days 3 nights. A good experience staying here, did not expected this hotel had a huge room, almost complete with refrigerator and small balcony for hanging clothes. Clean enough, little tips you have to request for clean your room to owner. If not, they won't clean up your room. This hotel have a small minimarket, so no need to worry for breakfast. Eventhough quite far from BTS but quite close to Asiatique Riverfront and everything easy to reach if you ordered Uber Car.

There are some hidden Terms & Conditions regarding check in time which you will come to know only at the hotel. Its nowhere listed on any of the websites. Stayed 7 nights, room was clean upon arrival, air con worked a treat, fridge (with freezer) also very handy, and bathroom was good. Bed a little hard and TV no English channel/subtitle but didn't hamper our stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful too, would recommend

If you are getting here by taxi/tuk tuk, be prepared to try and explain to the driver where the hotel is for a very long time. It took me 4 drivers a few phone calls until someone knew where it was. The location isn't great, I did not seen one tourist and the nearest train station is a 20 minute walk away. However, the room are great. They are clean, have a very nice shower and a huge fridge. The tv has just 6 Thai channels. Definitely value for money

Booked here as we needed it for just a few nights. Price was good but the location sucked. There is nothing close by unless you want to walk 20 minutes to the nearest mall. You check in at mini mart which is on the street then go around to the parking lot to go up to the rooms. If you want to get a taxi from the centre.... Forget about it, I'm not sure if Thais can't read maps but nearly every single taxi driver had no idea how to get there or it was just too far for them to even be bothered to try. The room was bright orange which actually looked quite quirky online but upon entry it was filthy. It seemed that It had housed many sex parties with handprints all over the walls and dark smudges everywhere. It claim's to be self catering but there was nowhere to cook and the fridge that was provided still had someone's KFC box inside. Unless you're looking to take someone there for a dirty weekend where you don't need eat or have public interaction. Stay away.
