I plan Heritage is a friendly and cuz plave right in the heart of cochin City. Easily accessible and yet quite and serene place to.stay. this place is right blend of modern comfort and heritage feeling with friendly staff. The place is neat and well maintained. They serve you breakfast as well. We opted for kerala cuisine and it was tasty and traditional. This place is affordable and can be considered for business as well as personal trips given the ease of approach and location.

Illam heritage is a property, right in the centre of the city yet spacious and heritage maintained. Very close to railway station and bus stand. Very courteous fellow at the reception who not only gave us an early check in but also guided us for various possible tours around the city including Backwaters. Lot of quality food options are available nearby... from typical Kerala cuisine with variety of fishes to North Indian foods and street food as well. Will definitely stay here during my next visit

Experienced a homely stay at illam heritage. A well maintained hotel. Awesome interior with beautiful ancient kerala style architecture. There is a garden where we can see love birds, doves and various other birds even. Enjoyed staying here.

The illam heritage is very nice place to stay.we are so happy on there such a beautiful sceneries and good looking rooms with good room view looks.And the have great food and good customer care service also.we are so entertained on there.

Very centrally Located. Its in the middle of the City. Easy access to South Railway station, Bus stand, Metro Station. all with in 1 to 1.5 kms. A Cozy place with a home atmosphere. For the same reason do not expect a professional Hotel experience. Very Friendly staff around, round the clock, to get you anything from out side if you wish. The Young Owner couple makes you feel as a family member. Also Perfect for a group stay ( wedding Group, People coming for conferences) where in lot of informal interaction is involved . No formalities around like a Hotel.
