This understated hotel is a gem. Located three blocks from the Opera, yet extremely quiet. I have stayed there many times, on all floors and both sides of the building, and every time I am astounded at the peace and quiet, along with the views of small streets outside the big windows. The beds are very comfy, the showers are great, the breakfast is terrific. The hotel has almost no turnover of front desk staff -- they stay for the duration of their careers. That says a lot. As a solo female traveler I always feel safe at the hotel and in the neighborhood.

We stayed here after a couple of nights in Disney. The Hotel is very central and in a good location. We had no problems with noise etc but it was close enough to everything to get about. Before our stay we received an email from the hotel asking his to check in online which I did. It asked in the email if they could be of any help to which I replied that any help getting from Disney via public transport would be appreciated. The hotel then emailed back straight away with step by step instructions of how we can travel to the hotel from Disney which was extremely helpful. Hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is a small hotel but it was very welcoming. I have noted in a couple of reviews, the comment about the breakfast room being very small. It is very small but we never encountered an issue. The staff were always quick with food and clearing away tables so they do turn around the tables very fast. I'm not sure what they could do to solve this situation but I just wanted to point out that we did not encounter an issue. All in all we had a very lovely holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The staff is great, very friendly and willing to help. Cleaning lady did an excellent job every day. Breakfast is nice but seats only about 20 people at a time max. If it's busy you need to come back later. I would classify it more as a three star hotel. Room is nice but small. I had a balcony room on the 5th floor, there was construction across the street, very loud but when door to balcony is closed, you hardly hear it which was good. I enjoyed my stay here, the location is excellent and metro close by. I felt like I had everything I needed. Pricey for room size but that seems to be normal for Paris.

The pictures on booking are not the reality.It is most likely a 3 star hotel. The hotel is located on a quiet ,small street and that is very good ,because you can't hear the noise on the Opera Street .The location of the hotel is perfect ,you can walk within minutes to the main attractions in Paris.The elevetor is too small:two people with luggages can barely fit in.The breakfast is good ,but nothing special ,it does not worth the money.The internet in the room was very good and the heating was also good.The room had a balcony but the view was a building under construction.You can also make tea or cofee in the room .In the bathroom you can find products from L'Occitane en Provence ,which was really nice.The cleaning lady came every day .The hotel needs a refurbishment to justify the price and the 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay, location was perfect. Walkable to many things. Staff was nicr, hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean. We would recommend and stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay
